# 🎧Auto-Skip Bounced Podcasts or Journalists in Your Outreach

## ✅ How It Works

## 1. You send a batch of emails

Your campaign sends normally through Smart Mode or Manual Mode.

## 2. PodPitch detects any bounced emails

If a journalist or podcast host’s email is invalid, blocked, or unreachable, PodPitch marks it as **bounced**.

## 3. Bounced contacts are auto-skipped

The system automatically removes them from future sends so you never pitch the same invalid email twice.

## 4. You can review all bounce details

Visit your **Outreach Dashboard** to see:

* Which emails bounced
* Why they bounced
* Which contacts were skipped automatically
