# 💳 How Pay Your Way Checkout and Agreements Work

# How Pay Your Way Checkout and Agreements Work

Pay Your Way checkout lets eligible customers review an available PodPitch offer, choose from the payment and commitment options shown, and sign the associated agreement.

Offers can differ. The prices, outreach levels, commitment lengths, payment schedules, and payment methods displayed in your checkout are the terms available to your account.

## Review the offer

Before selecting an option, confirm:

- the included daily pitch capacity;
- the commitment length;
- the billing frequency;
- the amount due today;
- future payment dates and amounts;
- the payment method; and
- any plan or account conditions shown.

Do not rely on a price or payment schedule copied from another customer's checkout.

## Choose a commitment and payment schedule

The checkout can show one or more commitment lengths and payment schedules. Options can include upfront, annual, quarterly, or monthly payments when those choices are part of the offer.

A payment schedule does not necessarily shorten the commitment. Review both the total commitment and the timing of each payment.

## Review and sign the agreement

1. Select the offer you want.
2. Review the order summary and payment schedule.
3. Read the agreement in full.
4. Confirm the customer's legal name and any company information requested.
5. Enter the authorized signer's name and title.
6. Confirm that the signer has authority to accept the agreement.
7. Complete the signature and checkout steps shown.

The signed agreement is the source of truth when a general help article and a specific offer differ.

## Save a copy

After completion, download or save the signed agreement and payment schedule for your records.

If you leave before finishing, returning to checkout may restore the current offer. Recheck every amount and term because an expired or replaced offer can differ.

## Changes for eligible existing All Access customers

The Plan page can show quarterly or annual options to eligible existing All Access customers. PodPitch displays one only when the change saves money.

Before confirming, review today's charge, the yearly saving, payment frequency, and the new renewal date.

This Plan-page choice is different from selecting terms in a new checkout. If no option appears, contact Support or the account manager instead of assuming the account qualifies.

## Billing and cancellation

The commitment, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms are governed by the agreement you accept. A monthly payment schedule should not be interpreted as month-to-month cancellation unless the agreement says that explicitly.

To cancel:

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Select **I might need to cancel**.
4. Follow the prompts.
5. Review and save the effective-date confirmation.

## Human assistance after a cancellation request

If you ask to cancel in dashboard chat, Hugo will provide the steps above and then **immediately escalate the conversation to a human support teammate** for further assistance.

The human teammate can help confirm the request, effective date, remaining access, next invoice, and account-specific terms. Opening chat alone does not replace completing the Settings prompts unless the human gives you different written instructions.

For an unavailable change after signing, contact Support or the account manager.

## Before you sign

Contact Support or the account manager when:

- the legal name is wrong;
- the signer is not authorized;
- the payment schedule differs from the discussed offer;
- the commitment length is unclear;
- the amount due today is unexpected; or
- you need clarification about renewal or cancellation terms.

Resolve questions before signing or submitting payment details.
