# ⭐ How PodPitch Analyzes and Labels Replies

# How PodPitch Analyzes and Labels Replies

PodPitch reviews new replies and organizes them in Magic Inbox so important opportunities are easier to find.

## Default Magic Labels

New replies can receive one of seven labels:

- **Meeting requested**
- **Positive reply**
- **Needs info**
- **Negative reply**
- **Out of office**
- **Is paid**
- **Other**

The **Needs info** label covers replies asking for guest forms, questionnaires, bios, talking points, images, links, or other material.

## Details PodPitch can detect

Depending on the reply, PodPitch can identify:

- meeting or scheduling requests;
- paid-placement or sponsorship requirements;
- guest policies;
- missing information;
- contact or email changes;
- in-person or local requirements;
- out-of-office return dates; and
- the current status of the conversation.

## Review the source message

Automated classification helps with organization but does not replace reading the full conversation.

Before replying:

1. open the complete thread;
2. confirm the campaign and profile;
3. verify every request;
4. review any generated reply draft; and
5. edit the response before sending.

## Relabel older conversations

Older replies keep their existing labels. Use **Inbox Settings → Relabel** when you want PodPitch to apply the current label system to existing conversations.

Relabeling does not send messages.

## Important limitations

A label can be wrong when a reply is ambiguous, forwarded, heavily formatted, or missing context. Correct the label when the interface allows it and report repeated classification problems to Support with a redacted example.

Never treat an out-of-office reply as a rejection or assume that **Needs info** is a confirmed booking.
