# How to Add a Hyperlink to Your Emails in PodPitch

## Step 1: Open Your Profile

1. From your dashboard, click **Profiles** in the left-hand menu.
2. Choose the profile you’d like to edit.
3. Click **Edit** on the right-hand side.

---

## Step 2: Add the Hyperlink in the Profile Signature

1. Scroll down to the **Profile Signature** field.
2. Type the sentence you’d like to appear at the bottom of your emails.

* Example: _“Learn more about me here.”_
3. Highlight the sentence, click the hyperlink option, and paste the URL you want to include.

---

## Step 3: Save and Apply

* Click **Save** once you’ve added the link.
* Your signature will automatically update across **all campaign emails** tied to this profile.
* There’s no need to rewrite emails — the update applies instantly.

## Best Practice Tips

* Keep your link simple and relevant — for example, a website, book page, or press kit.
* Avoid adding too many links. Fewer links = better deliverability and fewer spam risks.
* If you don’t see your changes right away, try refreshing your dashboard.

✅ That’s it! With hyperlinks in your Profile Signature, you can easily direct podcast hosts to more information while keeping your emails clean and professional.
