# 📄How to Add a New Profile on PodPitch

## Step 1: Open Profiles

Click **Profiles** in the left-hand sidebar.

You’ll land on the **Profiles 2.0 list**, where all profile types appear in one place.

---

## Step 2: Click Add New

Click **Add New** in the top-right corner.

Select **Add Inactive Profile**, then choose the profile type:

* **Individual**
* **Company**

Enter the **LinkedIn profile link**, then complete the core details such as:

* Name
* Title
* Company
* Bio

---

## Step 3: Save the Profile

Click **Save** to add the profile to your list.

Your profile will be created as **inactive** until a subscription is added.

---

## Step 4: Activate Pitching by Adding a Subscription (Optional)

To start pitching immediately, add a service directly from the profile row.

Under **Subscriptions**, click one of the following:

* **Add Podcast**
* **Add Journalist**
* **Add Newsletter**

Then select your billing option:

* Monthly
* Quarterly
* Annual

Confirm to activate the service for that profile.

---

## When to Use “Add a Subscription Immediately”

If you don’t want to wait for a subscription transfer window, you can simply **add a new subscription** for the profile instead of moving one from another client.

---

💡 **Tip: Finding Profiles Without Subscriptions**

If you don’t see your profile later, check the toggle at the top of the page.

Turn **Show Profiles without subscriptions** ON to reveal inactive profiles.
