# 🔧 How To Change Podcast Settings from Smart to Manual

## Step 1: Go to Campaigns

From your left-hand menu, click **Campaigns**.

## Step 2: Select Your Campaign

Open the campaign you want to switch from Smart Mode to Manual Mode.

## Step 3: Locate the Mode Toggle

At the top of your campaign, you’ll see the mode options:

**Off / Manual / Smart**

## Step 4: Switch Smart to Manual

Click **Manual** to deactivate Smart Mode and switch to a hands-on workflow.

## What Happens When You Switch to Manual

* Smart Mode stops sending automated emails
* Scheduled Smart emails stop
* You now manually approve each send
* Daily sending limits still apply
* Existing follow-up sequences continue as scheduled

## Troubleshooting

If you can’t switch modes, it may be because:

* The campaign has pending emails generating
* The campaign is paused
* Your connected email needs re-authentication
* There’s an OAuth token issue
