# ✍️ How to Create & Add a Profile Signature to Emails

## Step 1: Go to Profiles

From your dashboard, click **Profiles** in the left-hand menu.

## Step 2: Open the Profile

Select the profile you want to update, then click **Edit**.

## Step 3: Create Your Profile Signature

Scroll to the **Profile Signature** field and enter your signature text, such as:

* Name
* Title
* Company
* Website
* Social handles

## Step 4: Add a Hyperlink (Optional)

To include a clickable website or social link:

1. Highlight the text you want to hyperlink
2. Click the **🔗 link icon**
3. Paste your URL
4. Click **OK**

## Step 5: Choose How It Appears in Emails

After your signature is created:

✔️ Click **Add profile signature to the first email**  
or  
✔️ Click **Add profile signature to all emails**

This determines how many emails will include the signature.

## Step 6: Save

Click **Save** to apply your changes.

Your updated signature will now appear in future pitch emails for that profile.
