# 🎧 How To Download A Prep Guide

## Step 1: Find The Podcast

Go to your campaign or the podcast database and select the podcast you’re preparing for.

## Step 2: Click “Help Prepare”

In the podcast’s detail view, click **Help Prepare**.  
PodPitch will instantly generate a **custom prep guide** tailored to that show.

## Step 3: Review The Prep Guide

Your guide includes:

* A summary of the podcast’s focus
* Potential discussion points
* Tips for aligning your story with the host’s audience

Use it to prepare yourself or your client to make the best impression.

## Step 4: Save Or Share

At the bottom of the prep guide screen, you can:

* **Download it as a PDF**, or
* **Email it to yourself or your client**
