# 🎯How to Fix Duplicate Email Signatures in PodPitch

## Step 1: Check Your Profile Signature

1. Go to **Profiles** in the left-hand menu.
2. Open the profile connected to your campaign.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile settings.
4. If you see a **signature block**, delete it.

* Your campaign templates already include your signature, so this extra block isn’t needed.

## Step 2: Check Email Addresses

1. Go to **Email Addresses** in your PodPitch account.
2. Click the email address showing the duplicate signature.
3. Remove or customize the email signature so it doesn’t overlap with your profile signature.

## Step 3: Review Campaign Templates

1. Go to **Campaigns** in the left-hand menu.
2. Open the campaign you’re working on.
3. Look through the **Email Templates** for that campaign.
4. Make sure only one signature is present at the bottom of each email.

## Step 4: Rewrite Campaign Emails

* If you’ve just removed a duplicate signature, click **Rewrite Emails** in your campaign.
* This refreshes the templates with your updated profile information and ensures the extra signature is fully removed.

## Step 5: Double-Check All Campaigns

* If you run multiple campaigns, repeat the steps above to make sure no old signatures remain.
* Once you clean it up in your profile and settings, new campaigns will no longer have duplicate signatures.

✅ After these steps, your emails should display a single, clean signature.

💡 **Tip:** Keep your signature simple and minimize links to reduce the risk of your emails being flagged as spam.
