# 💬 How to Get Help from the PodPitch Support Team

PodPitch support starts in the chat experience. You do not need to book a call or select a Customer Success Manager before asking for help.

## Start a support conversation

1. Log in to PodPitch.
2. Open the **chat button** in the bottom-right corner.
3. Choose **Messages** or **Ask a Question**, depending on the option shown.
4. Describe what you are trying to do and what is preventing you from doing it.
5. Send the request and keep an eye on the conversation for follow-up questions.

If the team is not immediately available, leave your message in the chat. You can return to the same conversation when a response arrives.

## What to include

A complete first message helps the support team investigate without unnecessary back-and-forth. Include:

* Your account or company name
* The affected profile and OmniCampaign, if applicable
* The media workflow involved, such as podcasts, journalists, or newsletters
* What you expected to happen
* What happened instead
* The exact wording of any error
* The troubleshooting steps you already tried
* A screenshot with sensitive information hidden, when useful

For an email-connection problem, include the email provider and the connection status shown under **Email Addresses**. Do not send your password, payment-card details, authentication codes, or private mailbox content.

## What happens after you send the request

The support team will review the conversation, ask for any missing details, and help in chat or route the issue to the appropriate PodPitch team member.

Submitting a support request does not automatically open a booking calendar or assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager. If another form of follow-up is appropriate, the team will explain the next step in the conversation.

## If the chat button is missing

Try the following:

1. Refresh the PodPitch page.
2. Confirm that you are logged in.
3. Disable an ad blocker or privacy extension temporarily for PodPitch.
4. Allow cookies and scripts required by the support messenger.
5. Try a private window or another supported browser.
6. Return to the dashboard and look again in the bottom-right corner.

## Help the team resolve campaign issues safely

For an active OmniCampaign problem, pause Smart Mode if incorrect outreach could be sent while the issue is being investigated.

Avoid deleting the campaign, disconnecting a healthy mailbox, or making repeated plan changes unless Support asks you to do so. These changes can remove useful diagnostic context or create a second problem.

## Continue an existing request

Open the chat button and return to **Messages** to continue the original conversation. Keeping related details in one thread gives the team the clearest history and usually leads to a faster resolution.
