# 🔑 How to Log In to PodPitch

# How to Log In to PodPitch

Go to [https://app.podpitch.com](https://app.podpitch.com) and choose the sign-in method linked to your account.

## Sign in with Google

Select **Sign in with Google**, then choose the Google account whose email address matches your PodPitch login email.

Existing customers can use Google sign-in when the Google email and PodPitch login email are the same.

If the browser selects the wrong Google account:

1. return to the login page;
2. select **Sign in with Google** again;
3. choose **Use another account** if needed; and
4. select the email connected to PodPitch.

Using a different Google email can open the wrong team or create an account-access mismatch.

## Sign in with your email

If you do not use Google sign-in:

1. enter the email associated with PodPitch;
2. follow the password or one-time-code prompt shown; and
3. complete the verification step.

Use the newest code you received. One-time codes expire, and requesting another code can invalidate the previous one.

## If you cannot sign in

Check:

- the email spelling;
- whether you normally use Google sign-in;
- Spam or Junk for a verification message;
- whether the browser is signed in to several Google accounts;
- whether your teammate invited a different email address; and
- whether you are trying to access the correct PodPitch team.

## Do not share login credentials

PodPitch Support does not need your password, Google password, or one-time verification code. Never send those details through chat or email.

## Need help?

Message Support with the login email, team name, sign-in method attempted, and the exact error message. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
