# ✅How to Mark a Podcast Appearance as Completed in PodPitch

## Step 1: Open the Campaign

* Navigate to the campaign where the appearance was booked.
* Example: _Anne-Marie booked on Dear Human Resources_.

## Step 2: Mark the Appearance as Completed

* In the **upper right-hand corner**, click **Mark Completed Appearance**.
* Once selected, a new **Completed tab** will be added at the top of your campaign view.

## Step 3: Refresh the Page

* Refresh your browser to see the new **Completed tab** appear.

## Step 4: Understanding Other Status Tabs

* Similarly, if you label an appearance as **Paused**, a **Paused tab** will also appear at the top.
* Tabs are dynamic — they will only show once you have podcasts with those statuses.

💡 **Tip:** Keeping appearances updated with the correct status makes it easier to track progress and measure campaign success.
