## 👉 Switch Your Campaign to Manual Mode

When your campaign is set to **Manual**, PodPitch will:

✅ **Pause all new outreach emails**  
✅ **Continue sending scheduled follow-ups**

❗ **Do not send any new first-touch pitches**

This is perfect when you're:

* Taking a break from new outreach
* Updating your profile or campaign
* Managing replies, but not ready for new sends
