# 🎧 How to Permanently Delete a Campaign

## ✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

## Step 1: Archive the Campaign

1. Go to your **Campaigns** tab.
2. Hover over the campaign you want to remove.
3. Click the **folder/archive icon** that appears to the right of the campaign name.
4. Confirm that you want to **Archive** the campaign.

📌 _Archived campaigns are hidden from your main dashboard but not permanently deleted yet._

## Step 2: Permanently Delete the Campaign

1. Click the **Archived** tab at the top of your Campaigns page.
2. Locate the campaign you just archived.
3. Click **Delete** next to that campaign.
4. Confirm the action.

⚠️ **Important:**  
Permanent deletion cannot be undone.  
Once deleted, all podcast data from that campaign is removed and those podcasts become eligible for repitching in future campaigns.

If you’re sure a client or project won’t return, permanently deleting old campaigns is a great way to keep your workspace tidy.
