# How to Review and Change a Campaign's Daily Pitch Budget

A campaign's **Daily Budget** controls the maximum number of new pitches Smart Mode can attempt each day.

## Review the budget

1. Open **Campaigns**.
2. Find the campaign.
3. Locate the **Daily Budget** column.
4. Review the displayed **N/day** value.

The Daily Pitch Tracker above the list shows the team's total allowance, assigned capacity, and available amount.

## Change the budget

1. Select the campaign's **N/day** control.
2. Enter or choose the new daily amount.
3. Save the change.
4. Confirm that the team's total assigned capacity remains within the available limit.

If the campaign is in Manual Mode, use **Turn on Smart** only after reviewing its targets, pitches, sending mailbox, and schedule.

## Budget versus actual sends

The budget is a maximum, not a guaranteed send count. Actual sends can be lower because of:

- campaign schedule;
- eligible match availability;
- connected mailbox status;
- deliverability controls;
- exclusions;
- pending follow-ups; and
- the campaign being Off or in Manual Mode.

## Compare several campaigns

Select the **Pitch Usage** pill in the header or use the Daily Pitch Tracker to see how capacity is split across active Smart campaigns.

Reduce a lower-priority campaign before assigning its capacity elsewhere.

## If the campaign sends more or less than expected

Check the saved Daily Budget, campaign mode, schedule, mailbox, queue, exclusions, and team capacity. Contact Support with the campaign name, expected budget, and date if the behavior still does not match.
