# How to Sign Up for PodPitch

You can purchase PodPitch directly or request an optional demo before buying. PodPitch does not currently offer new self-serve free trials.

## Option 1: Request a demo

If you would like to see PodPitch in action first, request a personalized demo:

A demo is optional and does not create a free trial.

## Option 2: Purchase directly

1. Open the current signup or plans option on [podpitch.com](https://www.podpitch.com).
2. Review the media access and daily pitch capacity shown.
3. Review the commitment, payment schedule, amount due, renewal, and cancellation terms.
4. Complete the secure checkout.
5. Continue into the guided onboarding.

The live checkout and signed agreement are the source of truth for the offer you accept.

## Complete the current onboarding

New teams are guided through setup in this order:

1. **Add your profile.**
2. **Set up your included sending domains** if your plan includes them. This step is required and cannot be skipped for eligible plans. Your first PodPitch campaign stays locked until the setup is submitted.
3. **Connect LinkedIn or skip the step.** LinkedIn is offered to new teams, but connecting it is optional.
4. **Create your first PodPitch OmniCampaign.**

Additional setup steps can appear when another feature is enabled for the account.

## If you leave checkout before paying

PodPitch may send an email and, when a phone number is available, a text that names the plan and price you selected.

Those checkout messages stop when you pay, reply, or opt out.

Before returning to an unfinished checkout, recheck the plan, price, amount due, and agreement. Do not submit a second payment if the account already shows an active plan.

## If you leave onboarding before finishing

PodPitch may send setup reminders by email or text that identify the incomplete step. The reminders stop after setup is completed.

Return to PodPitch and finish the step shown in your account. If a reminder does not match the current screen, contact Support rather than creating a second account or paying again.

## If checkout or payment looks incorrect

Check **Manage Plan** and the billing confirmation first. PodPitch may also ask for a backup card to help recover a future payment failure; review the disclosure before adding it.

Use the dashboard chat after signing in. Share the account email and the step where setup stopped, but never send passwords, verification codes, or complete payment-card details.
