# 🏠 How to Use the PodPitch Home Dashboard

# How to Use the PodPitch Home Dashboard

The Home dashboard gives you a quick view of account activity, outreach, replies, earned media, email health, and team usage.

The cards you see can vary by plan, account configuration, team permissions, and whether a feature has enough data to display.

## Header sounds

PodPitch can play a soft sound when you select controls in the app.

Use the **volume** icon in the header to turn interface sounds off or on. The choice is saved for the browser you are using, so you may need to set it again when you change browsers, use a new device, or clear browser settings.

The sound control changes interface sounds only. It does not pause campaigns, mute incoming email, or change notification settings.

## Pitch usage

The pitch-usage area shows how much outreach capacity the account is using.

Use it to:

* monitor current usage;
* notice when active campaigns are competing for shared capacity; and
* decide whether campaign budgets or account capacity need to change.

For billing or entitlement questions, use the current plan and billing pages as the source of truth.

## Team Data

**Team Data** summarizes activity across eligible team members and campaigns. It can help account owners identify changes in campaign activity and coordinate workloads.

Use campaign-level reporting when you need to investigate a specific result.

## Earned Media Value

**Earned Media Value** summarizes qualifying media results associated with the account.

Review the underlying bookings, appearances, or placements before using the figure in client reporting. A dashboard estimate should be presented with its context rather than as a guaranteed financial return.

## Magic Inbox

The **Magic Inbox** card highlights reply activity and labels that may need attention.

Open the inbox to:

* review new replies;
* confirm automatically applied labels;
* find booking opportunities; and
* assign any next steps.

## Web Visitors

The **Web Visitors** card shows activity collected after the PodPitch tracking setup is active.

Use the Web Visitors area to review identified visits and their campaign context. If the card remains empty, confirm that tracking is installed correctly and has had time to collect activity.

## Email deliverability

The deliverability card highlights connected-email or domain conditions that may affect sending.

Open the warning or email-health area to review the specific issue. Do not publish generic DNS records from another account; use the records generated for the customer's real email provider and domain.

## PodPitch Buddy and guidance cards

Guidance cards such as **PodPitch Buddy** can surface setup reminders, product tips, or suggested next actions. The content can change as features and onboarding steps are updated.

## Team invitations and plan messages

Account owners may see cards for inviting teammates, reviewing the plan, or responding to account notices.

Before inviting someone, confirm the person's role and the access they should have.

## When a card looks incorrect

1. Open the feature behind the card.
2. Confirm that you are viewing the intended workspace, profile, campaign, and date range.
3. Check whether the data is still processing.
4. Refresh the dashboard after reviewing the underlying record.
5. Contact Support through dashboard chat if the source data is correct but the card is not updating.

Include the card name, relevant campaign or profile, expected result, and a screenshot that does not expose credentials.
