# 📘Not Receiving Pitches in Your Gmail Inbox

## Why This Happens

PodPitch processes and routes your emails through our system before syncing them to your Gmail.

Because of this, the pitches may take **a few hours** to appear in your _Sent_ folder.

## Where to Check

Before reaching out, try the following:

* 📥 **Check your Spam folder**
* 🗂 **Check your Promotions tab**
* 🔄 **Wait a bit longer** — syncing can take some time
