# 🌐 PodPitch Domains and Managed Mailboxes

# PodPitch Domains and Managed Mailboxes

PodPitch can register outreach domains, configure their email authentication, create sending mailboxes, warm them, and connect them to your campaigns.

This keeps outreach separate from your primary business domain and removes most manual DNS work.

## Required onboarding for eligible plans

If your plan includes free sending domains, **Set up your free sending domains** is a required onboarding step.

You cannot skip this step, and your first PodPitch campaign remains locked until the setup choices are submitted. Complete the domain and mailbox selections shown before continuing to campaign creation.

## Included sending setup

Eligible Standard and Pro teams can see **Your Free Sending Setup** on the **Domains** page.

The included setup provides:

- two managed `.com` domains;
- four managed mailboxes;
- domain registration and renewal paid by PodPitch;
- DNS and email-authentication setup;
- mailbox warm-up; and
- automatic connection to eligible campaigns.

Select **Choose My Free Setup**, review the available domains and mailbox names, and submit the choices.

Included domains are managed by PodPitch and cannot be canceled individually from the customer account. Their availability depends on the team's current plan.

## Track setup and warm-up

Open **Domains** to review the domain and mailbox status.

The Inbox can also show a **Managed sender pool** card. During setup it displays how many of the four mailboxes are connected. When setup is complete, replies from those mailboxes appear in the Inbox automatically.

Wait until PodPitch shows that a mailbox is campaign-ready before assigning it to active outreach. Do not increase sending volume manually during warm-up.

## Purchase an additional domain

If the account needs more than the included setup:

1. Open **Domains**.
2. Select **Buy New**.
3. Enter the `.com` domain you want.
4. Review availability and the price shown.
5. Confirm the company information.
6. Choose the mailbox names and sender details.
7. Review checkout before confirming.

Additional purchased domains and mailboxes have their own displayed pricing and renewal terms.

## Manage an existing domain

Open **Domains → Manage Existing**, then expand a domain to review available controls such as:

- connected mailboxes;
- warm-up and readiness status;
- renewal information;
- additional mailbox options;
- processing or deliverability status; and
- website redirect settings.

Controls can differ between included and separately purchased domains.

## Redirect the domain to your website

A browser redirect sends someone who visits the outreach domain to your main website.

1. Open **Domains → Manage Existing**.
2. Expand the domain.
3. Find **Send visitors to your website**.
4. Enter the full destination URL, including `https://`.
5. Save the change.

A browser redirect does not change email delivery.

## Email authentication

PodPitch-managed domains are configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. DNS changes can take time to propagate.

Do not paste generic authentication records from another article or provider into a PodPitch-managed domain. Contact Support if the status remains incomplete after setup processing finishes.

## Need help?

Message Support through the PodPitch dashboard with the domain, mailbox, status shown, and expected action. Never send passwords or authentication codes.
