# 🔌 Why Is My Email Saying It Lost Connection & Why Is My Campaign Paused?

## 🔄 How to Reconnect Your Email

## 1. Open Email Addresses

Open your PodPitch dashboard and click **Email Addresses** in the left sidebar.

## 2. Click Email

You’ll see all email addresses connected to your account.

## 3. Remove the Disconnected Email

Click **Remove** next to the email showing a lost connection.

## 4. Reconnect Your Email

Select **Sign in with Google** (or your provider) and approve the permissions.  
Once reconnected, PodPitch will restore sending and unpause your campaign.

## 💡 Why This Happens

Email providers occasionally disconnect third-party apps for security reasons. Reconnecting simply reauthorizes PodPitch and restores full functionality.
