PodPitch Domains lets you purchase a new outreach domain and professional email addresses without having to configure DNS records, register a domain elsewhere, or manage email deliverability yourself.

When you purchase a domain through PodPitch, we automatically:

✅ Register your domain

✅ Configure your DNS records

✅ Set up email deliverability

✅ Start mailbox warm-up

✅ Connect your new email addresses to PodPitch

That means you can focus on pitching—not technical setup.

🚀 Before you begin

After purchasing your domain:

✅ Your domain is automatically registered.

✅ Your mailboxes are automatically connected to PodPitch.

✅ Warm-up begins immediately.

✅ Your mailbox is ready to use in campaigns after 14 days.

✅ Warm-up continues through Day 20 to further strengthen your sender reputation.

💡 Tip: Although your mailbox connects shortly after purchase, we recommend waiting until Day 14 before using it in campaigns to help protect your email deliverability.

🛒 Purchase a new domain

1. Open Domains from the left navigation menu.
2. Click Buy New.
3. Enter the .com domain you'd like to purchase.
4. Review the availability and pricing.
5. Confirm or edit your company name.
6. Choose the mailbox(es) you'd like to create.

You can create:

👤 Individual inboxes for teammates

📨 Shared inboxes such as:

• hello@
• press@
• sales@

Need something different?

✏️ Select Custom Mailbox to create your own mailbox name and assign the sender's first and last name.

You can create up to 10 mailboxes during checkout, and you can always add more later.

🔥 Mailbox warm-up

Every mailbox purchased through PodPitch automatically enters a warm-up period designed to build a healthy sender reputation.

Warm-up lasts 20 days.

During warm-up:

📅 Mailboxes become campaign-ready on Day 14

📈 Warm-up continues until Day 20

🛡️ PodPitch automatically adjusts sending volume if messages begin landing in spam folders

No action is required from you.

To view warm-up progress:

1. Go to Domains
2. Open Manage Existing
3. Expand your domain

You'll be able to view:

• 📅 Current warm-up day
• ✅ Campaign-ready date
• 📤 Daily sending activity
• 📥 Inbox placement
• 🚫 Spam placement
• ⚙️ Processing status

Select Details to view the complete warm-up history.

⚙️ Manage your domains

Go to Domains → Manage Existing.

Here you'll see:

🌐 Domain status

📧 Number of mailboxes

📅 Renewal date

Expand any domain to:

• 👀 View connected email addresses
• 📋 Copy email addresses
• ➕ Add additional mailboxes
• 🔥 View warm-up progress
• ⏸️ Pause mailbox warm-up
• 📊 View detailed warm-up activity

🔗 Redirect your domain to your website

You can automatically send visitors who type your outreach domain into their browser to your website.

To enable a redirect:

1. Open Domains
2. Select Manage Existing
3. Expand your domain
4. Under Send visitors to your website, enter your full website URL (for example, https://yourcompany.com)
5. Click Save

To remove the redirect, select Turn Off.

💡 Redirects only affect visitors opening your domain in a web browser. They do not affect your email addresses or mailbox delivery.

🛡️ DNS setup

PodPitch automatically configures your domain's email authentication, including:

✅ SPF

✅ DKIM

✅ DMARC

⏳ These records can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate across the internet.

If you've just purchased your domain, it's completely normal for these settings to appear incomplete while propagation finishes.
