Profiles represent individual client contact profiles or campaigns.
Seats are the billable units under your subscription, with each active profile occupying one seat.
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click the Manage Plan button (purple upward arrow).

Step 2: Add Seats

Click Add Seat and enter the number of seats you want to add.
Choose your preferred billing frequency:
Every 3 months for a discounted rate
Annually for the best savings overall

Step 3: Review the Pricing

You’ll see exactly how much you’ll be charged today and your updated monthly or annual price going forward.- Billing is based on the number of active seats in your subscription, regardless of whether their associated profiles are active or inactive.
