Plans, Pitch Capacity, and Billing

PodPitch uses All Access plans with shared daily pitch capacity. The live checkout, billing summary, capacity shown in the account, and signed agreement are the source of truth for a customer.

Current All Access plans

Podcast, journalist, and newsletter outreach are media types inside an OmniCampaign. They are not separate campaign products or separately purchased media seats.

For customers who began onboarding on or after September 9, 2026:

  • Standard includes 15 daily pitches.
  • Pro includes 45 daily pitches.

Customers who began onboarding before that date keep the capacity already assigned to their account unless they later accept a plan or capacity change.

Depending on the offer, checkout can provide:

  • Standard or Pro daily outreach levels;
  • commitment terms from 3 to 24 months;
  • card or bank payment;
  • upfront, annual, quarterly, or monthly schedules; and
  • a downloadable signed agreement.

Not every payment option appears on every offer.

Migrated accounts

Accounts from the previous billing model were moved to All Access without changing what they were already paying.

A migrated account can also retain protected or grandfathered daily pitch capacity. Do not instruct the customer to purchase, add, or remove a separate podcast, journalist, or newsletter seat. Review the current plan, price, capacity, and renewal shown in the account.

Pitch Packs

A Pitch Pack increases shared daily capacity. It does not add a profile, team member, email address, or media type.

Use the Pitch Usage pill or Daily Pitch Tracker to review current capacity and campaign allocations.

Change the payment schedule

Eligible existing All Access customers can see quarterly or annual choices on the Plan page.

PodPitch displays one of these options only when it saves the customer money. Before confirming, review:

  • the amount charged today;
  • the new payment frequency;
  • the new renewal date; and
  • the yearly saving shown.

If no option appears, do not assume the account qualifies. Contact Support or the account manager before promising a schedule or discount.

Database Access Mode

Database Access Mode is a paid pause option currently listed at $19.99 per month. It preserves account data and database access while stopping new outreach and follow-ups.

It is not self-service. Contact Support or the account manager and request written confirmation of the effective date, charge, proration or credit, and next invoice.

Database Access Mode continues to renew until it is canceled or replaced.

Change a plan or capacity

  1. Open Manage Plan or the Plan page shown in the account.
  2. Review the current plan, capacity, price, and renewal date.
  3. Choose an available plan, payment-schedule, or capacity change.
  4. Review the amount charged today, effective date, proration or credit, and next invoice.
  5. Read the agreement or confirmation.
  6. Confirm only when it matches the intended change.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom.
  3. Select I might need to cancel.
  4. Follow the prompts.

Human assistance after a cancellation request

If you ask to cancel in dashboard chat, Hugo will provide the steps above and then immediately escalate the conversation to a human support teammate for further assistance.

The human teammate can help confirm the request, effective date, remaining access, next invoice, and account-specific terms. Opening chat alone does not replace completing the Settings prompts unless the human gives you different written instructions.

Cancellation and Database Access Mode are different requests. Removing a payment method is not cancellation.

Need help?

Contact Support or the account manager when the displayed plan, protected capacity, renewal date, agreement, or confirmation does not match the expected arrangement.
