📰 How to Access Journalist Outreach in PodPitch All Access

Journalist outreach is a media channel inside a PodPitch OmniCampaign. It is not a separate campaign product and does not require a separate journalist profile.

Start with an OmniCampaign

1. Open Campaigns.
2. Create or select an OmniCampaign for the correct profile.
3. Review the media types available to the campaign.
4. Open or enable the journalist workflow where it is available.

The same profile can support podcast, journalist, and newsletter outreach.

If journalist outreach is available

Configure:

• A timely news hook
• Journalist-specific targeting
• Outlet and reporter preferences
• Writing settings
• The connected sending email

Review the recommended journalists and generated pitches before enabling Smart Mode.

If journalist outreach is missing

Check:

• The campaign is a current OmniCampaign rather than an older single-media campaign.
• A sending address is active under Email Addresses.
• Required campaign setup is complete.
• Journalist outreach is included and enabled for the account.

Do not look for a Journalist Seat, Journalist Profiles, or Create Journalist Campaign flow. Those terms describe the older product model.

Profiles and capacity

All Access supports unlimited profiles. Creating a profile does not add daily pitch capacity.

Podcast, journalist, and newsletter outreach share the team's available daily pitch allowance. If more capacity is needed, review the pitch-pack option shown under Manage Plan.

If the journalist media type does not appear after these checks, contact Support with the account name, profile name, and campaign name. Ask the team to confirm feature availability before making a plan change.
