Refund Policies for PodPitch

PodPitch subscriptions and services are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law. PodPitch may still review a recent charge when there is a verified billing error or another exceptional circumstance.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Cancellation and refund review are separate actions.

Refund-review window

Submit a refund request within five calendar days of the charge. Requests received after that window are generally not approved under PodPitch's discretionary refund-review policy.

If you believe a charge is duplicated, the amount is incorrect, or the charge was created after a confirmed cancellation, contact Support immediately even if you discovered it later. PodPitch will investigate verified billing errors and apply any correction required by law or the account's governing agreement.

What may be reviewed

Examples include:

  • duplicate charges or an incorrect billed amount;
  • a charge created after a cancellation was confirmed to take effect;
  • a documented product or billing-system failure that prevented the purchased service from being provided; or
  • a written guarantee or promotion that applied when the purchase was made.

Change of mind, low usage, unused time, or cancellation after renewal does not automatically qualify for a refund.

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Select I might need to cancel.
  4. Follow the prompts.
  5. Review and save the effective-date confirmation.

Human assistance after a cancellation request

If you ask to cancel in dashboard chat, Hugo will provide the steps above and then immediately escalate the conversation to a human support teammate for further assistance.

The human teammate can help confirm the request, effective date, remaining access, next invoice, and account-specific terms. Opening chat alone does not replace completing the Settings prompts unless the human gives you different written instructions.

Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time

A standard cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until the effective cancellation date, and the subscription will not renew after that date.

If you explicitly request an immediate cancellation, access and outreach can end sooner. Immediate cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund or card credit.

How to request a review

Message Support through the chat in your PodPitch dashboard within five calendar days of the charge. Include:

  • the email address on the account;
  • the charge date and amount;
  • the invoice or receipt number, if available;
  • the subscription, plan, or billing item involved; and
  • a concise explanation of why you believe the charge should be reviewed.

Do not send your full card number, security code, password, or banking credentials.

What happens next

Support will confirm that the request was received and review the subscription, invoice, renewal date, cancellation history, and usage. PodPitch may ask for additional information.

If approved, you will receive confirmation of the amount and refund method. Bank and card-processor settlement times vary after the refund is submitted.

Account credit and a refund to the original payment method are different. If a credit is offered, the confirmation will explain how it applies to a current or future PodPitch invoice.

Governing terms

This Help Center article summarizes the current support-review process. Your signed order form, checkout terms, applicable law, and the PodPitch Terms of Service control if they differ from this summary.

Need help?

Use the chat in your PodPitch dashboard. Refund approval is handled through account review and should never be promised before that review is complete.
