How to Reconnect an Email in PodPitch

A mailbox can lose authorization when a provider revokes a token, a password changes, an administrator changes permissions, or the provider requires you to sign in again. Reconnecting refreshes the authorization; it does not delete your campaigns or message history.

PodPitch

  1. Open Email Addresses in the left navigation.
  2. Find the mailbox that needs attention.
  3. Select Fix Now or open the mailbox and choose Reconnect.
  4. Sign in to the email provider.
  5. Approve all permissions required for sending, syncing, and reply tracking.
  6. Return to PodPitch and confirm that the mailbox shows as connected.

A healthy mailbox may not display Fix Now. Open its details to look for Reconnect.

After reconnecting

  1. Send a test message.
  2. Confirm that the message appears in the mailbox's Sent folder.
  3. Check the affected campaigns before resuming automated outreach.
  4. Verify that replies are syncing.
  5. If sending was paused, resume it only after the connection is healthy.

If reconnection fails

Check for a changed password, expired app password, disabled IMAP/SMTP access, revoked OAuth permissions, administrator restrictions, or a provider suspension. Share the exact error with Support, but never send passwords, app passwords, recovery codes, or private keys.
