Step 1: Reach Out to Support

Currently, profile names can’t be updated directly from the dashboard. If you need a change, just send us a message through support chat and let us know the correct name.

Step 2: We’ll Handle It for You

Once we receive your request, we’ll forward it to our backend team. They’ll update the profile name on your behalf.

Step 3: Confirmation and Updates

As soon as the update is complete, we’ll notify you right away so you can see the changes reflected in your profile.

💡 Tip: Bio, details, and other profile information can be updated directly in your dashboard, but profile name changes require backend support.
