🧭 Do You Need a Profile, Team Member, Email Address, or Pitch Pack?
PodPitch All Access separates profiles, team access, sending addresses, and outreach capacity. Use this guide before changing the account.
Create a profile when
You want to promote another:
- Person
- Client
- Company
- Product
- Service
- Story
All Access supports unlimited profiles. A new profile does not automatically change billing or daily pitch capacity.
Add a team member when
Another person needs permission to log in and work in the PodPitch account.
A team member is an account user. A team member is not a profile and does not automatically add outreach capacity.
Connect another email address when
You need to:
- send from a different person or company;
- route replies to another mailbox;
- keep client outreach separated; or
- replace a disconnected or inappropriate sender.
Manage sending addresses under Email Addresses.
A new mailbox does not automatically increase the team's daily pitch allowance.
Add a pitch pack when
The team has reached its shared daily pitch capacity and needs a larger daily allowance.
Review the available pack under Manage Plan. Migrated customers should use the capacity shown in their account as the source of truth.
A pitch pack increases shared outreach capacity. It does not add a profile or team member.
Enable a media type when
You want an OmniCampaign to include another outreach workflow, such as journalists or newsletters.
Do not buy a separate Podcast Seat or Journalist Seat. Check whether the media type is available inside the OmniCampaign and included for the account.
Quick reference
- New client or spokesperson: Create a profile.
- New coworker needs access: Add a team member.
- Different sender or reply inbox: Add an email address.
- More daily outreach: Add the available pitch pack.
- Add journalists or newsletters: Configure the media type in an OmniCampaign.
If the available option does not match the change you need, contact Support before modifying the plan.
