How Subscription Changes Affect PodPitch Campaigns
Pausing a subscription moves the account to Database Access Mode for $19.99 per month. It is different from turning off an individual campaign.
Subscription pause: Database Access Mode
When the paid pause becomes effective:
- all new outreach stops;
- scheduled follow-ups stop;
- Smart Mode no longer auto-sends;
- Manual sending is unavailable; and
- campaigns remain saved for later review.
Saved data remains available while Database Access Mode is paid, including profiles, campaigns, drafts, targeting settings, history, and reporting.
Database Access Mode continues renewing monthly until you reactivate or cancel it. There is no free subscription pause.
Turning off one campaign
Turning a campaign Off pauses that campaign's sending but does not change the account's subscription, price, renewal date, or other campaigns.
Use a campaign-level pause when you only want to stop one workflow. Use Database Access Mode when you want to stop subscription-level outreach and move to the $19.99 monthly paid pause.
When does sending stop?
- An immediate subscription pause stops outreach when the billing change is processed.
- An end-of-period pause allows full-plan access through the displayed effective date.
- Turning a campaign Off stops that campaign according to its current queue and controls, without changing billing.
Review the confirmation carefully. Do not assume a support request has stopped sending until the subscription or campaign status shows the intended change.
Billing effects
An immediate downgrade may create a prorated account credit. A scheduled downgrade normally changes billing at the end of the paid period. Neither option automatically creates a refund to the original card.
Resume later
After reactivating a full outreach plan, reconnect any email that needs attention and review each campaign before switching it to Manual or Smart. Campaigns should not be assumed to restart automatically.
If you want to cancel the subscription
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select I might need to cancel.
- Follow the prompts.
- Review and save the effective-date confirmation.
Human assistance after a cancellation request
If you ask to cancel in dashboard chat, Hugo will provide the steps above and then immediately escalate the conversation to a human support teammate for further assistance.
The human teammate can help confirm the request, effective date, remaining access, next invoice, and account-specific terms. Opening chat alone does not replace completing the Settings prompts unless the human gives you different written instructions.
Need help?
Message Support through dashboard chat and specify whether you want to pause one campaign, move a subscription to Database Access Mode, or cancel entirely.
