How to Check and Allocate Daily Pitch Capacity

PodPitch All Access uses a shared, team-wide daily pitch allowance. Active OmniCampaigns draw from that allowance across podcast, journalist, and newsletter outreach.

For customers who began onboarding on or after September 9, 2026, Standard includes 15 daily pitches and Pro includes 45. Earlier accounts keep the capacity assigned to them unless they accept a later change.

Check Pitch Usage from the header

Eligible teams see an orange Pitch Usage pill in the header.

Select it to open Your Pitch Usage, where you can review:

  • the team's daily limit;
  • pitches currently assigned;
  • available unassigned capacity;
  • active Smart campaigns and their daily budgets; and
  • the Manage Pitches shortcut.

Use the Daily Pitch Tracker

Open Campaigns. The Daily Pitch Tracker above the campaign list shows:

  • how many pitches can still be assigned;
  • a visual capacity meter;
  • an Add more option when additional capacity is available; and
  • How your daily limit works for an explanation of the allowance.

Change a campaign's Daily Budget

  1. Open Campaigns.
  2. Find the campaign.
  3. Locate the Daily Budget column.
  4. Select the campaign's N/day value.
  5. Enter or select the new daily budget.
  6. Confirm that the total assigned amount remains within the team's available capacity.

For a campaign in Manual Mode, use Turn on Smart from the campaign list when you are ready for automated sending.

What uses the allowance

Active OmniCampaigns share capacity across their enabled media types. Creating another campaign, profile, team member, or email address does not add capacity.

A campaign's budget is its maximum new daily outreach target. Actual sends can be lower because of schedules, available matches, sender health, exclusions, follow-ups, or other sending controls.

If all capacity is assigned

Reduce the daily budget of a lower-priority campaign before increasing another campaign. If the team needs a permanently higher allowance, review the available Pitch Pack or plan options.

Do not create additional profiles or email addresses solely to work around the shared limit.

Migrated accounts

Some migrated accounts have protected or grandfathered capacity. The number shown in Pitch Usage and the Daily Pitch Tracker is the source of truth for the current team.

If it does not match the expected migration arrangement, contact Support with the account name and the capacity shown.
