How to Rewrite Journalist Pitches in PodPitch

Step 1: Open Your Campaign

• Go to your Campaign Dashboard.
• Select the campaign where you want to refresh your journalist emails.

Step 2: Click the Rewrite Button

• At the top of the campaign view, click Rewrite Emails.
• This will regenerate your journalist pitches with the updated instructions.

Step 3: Wait for Processing

• Rewrites usually take 5–10 minutes.
• For larger campaigns, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Processing time depends on how many journalists are included in the campaign.

Step 4: Review Your Updated Emails

• Once the rewrite is complete, open your emails in the campaign view.
• You’ll now see the updated language and formatting applied throughout.

✅ That’s it! With just one click, your journalist pitches will refresh with the latest updates, ensuring your outreach stays polished and consistent.

💡 Tip: If you recently updated your profile details or custom instructions, always click Rewrite Emails so your campaigns reflect those changes.
