How to Search for a Podcast in Your PodPitch Dashboard When Running Campaigns

Step 1: Go to Campaigns

• From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.
• Use the search bar at the top of the page.

Step 2: Search by Podcast Title

• Type the podcast name (or a keyword from it) into the search bar.
• Example: Search for Business.
• Results will display all podcasts with that word in the title.
• ✅ Example: The Business Alchemist, Small Business, Business Strategy.

Step 3: Check the Correct Tab

• Your podcast may appear in different tabs depending on status:
• Not Yet Sent
• Replied
• Other campaign status tabs
• Use the tabs at the top to locate exactly where the podcast lives.

💡 Tip: This search function works across all active campaigns — perfect if you’re not sure which campaign a podcast belongs to.
