Seamless Email Connection with Any Provider

Connect a sending mailbox from the rebuilt Email Addresses area. PodPitch uses the connection to send campaign outreach, track sent messages, and receive replies.

Connect an email address

1. Open Email Addresses from the sidebar.
2. Select the option to connect or add an email address.
3. Enter the address you want to use.
4. Choose the provider shown, such as Google, Microsoft, or iCloud.
5. If the provider is not listed, open the additional-provider options and choose the available IMAP or SMTP method.
6. Complete the provider sign-in or enter the requested server settings.
7. Approve the permissions required for sending and reply syncing.
8. Return to PodPitch and confirm that the address shows as connected.

The connection flow now opens in a focused dialog or provider window, so complete every prompt before closing it.

Edit an existing connection

1. Open Email Addresses.
2. Find the mailbox.
3. Select Edit or open its details.
4. Review the connection, signing name, signature, and other settings shown.
5. Save the changes.

Use Fix Now or Reconnect when the address shows a connection warning.

Before enabling Smart Mode

• Send a test where available.
• Confirm the official From name and signature.
• Check that sent mail appears in the provider's Sent folder.
• Confirm that replies sync back into PodPitch.
• Review the OmniCampaign that uses the address.

If your provider needs manual settings

Use the provider's official server names, ports, encryption requirements, and app-password rules. Do not copy settings from another company or provider.

Never send Support your mailbox password, app password, authentication code, recovery code, or private key.

If the connection still fails, contact Support with the provider name, exact error, and a redacted screenshot.
