🎯 How to Add a Subject Line in PodPitch

Step-by-Step: Adding a Subject Line

1. Go to Campaigns

From your dashboard, click Campaigns on the left menu.

2. Open Your Campaign

Select the campaign where you want to add or update a subject line.

3. Click “Subjects”

You'll find Subjects at the top right of your campaign screen (next to Pitches).

4. Add a New Subject Line

Scroll to the bottom of the popup and click Add another subject line.

5. Enter Your Subject Line

Click the Enter new subject line… field.

You can either:

• ✍️ Type your own subject line, or
• ✨ Click the AI button to generate one

6. Save Your Updates

Click Add, then Save Changes.

Optional: Customizing Individual Email Subject Lines

If you want a specific subject line for a single email:

• Switch the campaign to Manual Mode
• Select the email
• Edit the subject line directly above the email body
