📵How to Block a Podcast Across All Profiles in PodPitch

Step 1: Go to Settings

• From your dashboard, open the Settings tab.
• Select Email.

Step 2: Find the Exclude Contacts Section

• Scroll down to the section labeled Exclude Contacts.

Step 3: Add the CSV File

• Prepare your CSV file in the required format.
• Upload it to the Exclusion List.
• Once uploaded, the emails connected to those podcasts will be blocked across all profiles.

Step 4: Confirm Exclusion

• After uploading, the excluded podcasts will not appear in any future campaigns.
• This applies to all profiles in your account.
