✅How to Mark a Podcast Appearance as Completed in PodPitch

Step 1: Open the Campaign

• Navigate to the campaign where the appearance was booked.
• Example: Anne-Marie booked on Dear Human Resources.

Step 2: Mark the Appearance as Completed

• In the upper right-hand corner, click Mark Completed Appearance.
• Once selected, a new Completed tab will be added at the top of your campaign view.

Step 3: Refresh the Page

• Refresh your browser to see the new Completed tab appear.

Step 4: Understanding Other Status Tabs

• Similarly, if you label an appearance as Paused, a Paused tab will also appear at the top.
• Tabs are dynamic — they will only show once you have podcasts with those statuses.

💡 Tip: Keeping appearances updated with the correct status makes it easier to track progress and measure campaign success.
