What Is the Daily Pitch Limit in PodPitch?
For customers who began onboarding on or after September 9, 2026:
- Standard: 15 daily pitches
- Pro: 45 daily pitches
Customers who began onboarding before September 9 keep their existing daily capacity unless they accept a later plan or capacity change.
The total displayed in the PodPitch account is the source of truth for that team. Capacity can also differ because of protected migration terms or an added Pitch Pack.
How capacity works
All Access uses shared daily pitch capacity across eligible OmniCampaign outreach. Podcast, journalist, and newsletter channels draw from the same total; they do not each receive a separate allowance.
Adding another email address, campaign, media channel, team member, or profile does not automatically multiply daily capacity.
Check the current capacity
Select the Pitch Usage pill in the header or open Campaigns and review the Daily Pitch Tracker.
Check:
- the team's daily limit;
- capacity assigned to active Smart campaigns;
- unassigned capacity;
- any active Pitch Pack; and
- the daily budget for each campaign.
Existing and migrated accounts
An older or migrated account can show a different total from the current Standard or Pro limits. That does not automatically mean the account is incorrect.
Use the capacity displayed in the account and the customer's agreement. If the displayed amount does not match a confirmed protected arrangement, contact Support before changing the plan.
Need more capacity?
Review the Pitch Pack or plan options shown in Manage Plan. If the expected option is not visible, ask Support to confirm the capacity, price, effective date, and next invoice before making a change.
A campaign budget is a maximum, so actual daily sends can be lower because of schedules, available matches, sender readiness, exclusions, follow-ups, or other sending controls.
