📝 How To Edit The Pitches

Step 1: Open Your Campaign

Click the title of the campaign you want to edit from your dashboard.

Step 2: Scroll To The Email Pitch Preview

You’ll see your current pitch templates displayed in the preview area.

Step 3: Click “Edit”

This opens the email editor for your campaign.

Step 4: Make Your Changes

Click the body of the email and type directly to make updates.
You can also highlight specific sections and instruct PodPitch to automatically improve the text for you.

Step 5: Click “Save”

When you’re happy with your edits, click Save to apply your changes.

💡 Tip

You can return and edit your pitch anytime before sending.
Experiment with tone, structure, or key talking points to make your message sound just right.
