✅ How It Works
1. You send a batch of emails
Your campaign sends normally through Smart Mode or Manual Mode.
2. PodPitch detects any bounced emails
If a journalist or podcast host’s email is invalid, blocked, or unreachable, PodPitch marks it as bounced.
3. Bounced contacts are auto-skipped
The system automatically removes them from future sends so you never pitch the same invalid email twice.
4. You can review all bounce details
Visit your Outreach Dashboard to see:
- Which emails bounced
- Why they bounced
- Which contacts were skipped automatically
