🔍 Step-by-Step: Search by Monthly Listenership
Step 1: Open the Podcast Database
- Click the Databases icon in the left-hand menu
- Select My Databases
- Open the Podcast Database
Step 2: Start a New Search
Click New Search, then choose Search by Idea.
Step 3: Enter a Topic or Keyword
Type the theme or niche you’re targeting and press Enter.
Examples:
- “Mindset”
- “Nutrition”
- “Real estate”
Step 4: (Optional) Hide Podcasts Already in Campaigns
To avoid duplicate outreach, enable:
Hide podcasts inside campaigns
You can apply this for:
- Any profile, or
- A specific profile
This keeps your list clean and focused.
Step 5: Apply Your Filters
🎧 Listener Count
Set a minimum and maximum monthly listener range to match your outreach goals.
📍 Location
Filter by country or region.
📊 Audience Reach Mode (NEW)
You can now search using two audience-matching modes:
Listener Count Mode (Default)
Estimated monthly audio listeners from Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Total Audience Reach Mode
Combines:
- Audio listeners
- YouTube subscribers
- TikTok followers
- Instagram (coming soon)
➡️ To enable Total Audience Reach:
Campaign Settings → Targeting Settings → Match Podcasts by Total Audience Reach
Step 6: Review Podcast Details
Click any podcast result to view:
- Audience size
- Engagement signals
- Relevance indicators
Step 7: Add to Campaign
Click Add to Campaign, select your campaign, and confirm.
