🔄️How to Update a Profile and Refresh Campaign Emails

Step 1: Open the Profile

1. From your dashboard, click Profiles in the left-hand menu.
2. Find the profile you’d like to edit (e.g., Matt Fraser).
3. Click Edit on the right-hand side.

Step 2: Update the Bio or Details

• In the profile editor, you’ll see two main boxes.
• Add or edit any information (bio, title, details).
• PodPitch AI will automatically use these updates when generating new outreach emails.

Step 3: Rewrite Campaign Emails

1. After saving your changes, go to Campaigns.
2. Open the campaign linked to this profile (e.g., Matt’s Mindfulness for Reality TV).
3. Click Rewrite Emails.

• This regenerates your outreach emails so they match the updated bio/details.

Step 4: Confirm Smart Mode

• Ensure the campaign is still set to Smart Mode.
• With Smart Mode active, your updated emails will continue sending automatically.

Step 5: Repeat for Any Profile

• These steps work the same for podcast profiles and journalist profiles.
• You can repeat the process anytime you make updates to a profile.
