📊 How Shared Pitch Capacity Works Across Campaigns
How Shared Pitch Capacity Works Across Campaigns
Multiple campaigns do not multiply the amount your team can pitch each day. Eligible OmniCampaigns share one team-wide daily allowance across podcast, journalist, and newsletter outreach.
Capacity and campaign budgets are different
- Team pitch capacity is the maximum daily allowance available to the account.
- Campaign Daily Budget is the portion assigned to one Smart campaign.
- Email Addresses are sending mailboxes; adding one does not add team capacity.
- Profiles are the people, companies, or stories being promoted; adding one does not add capacity.
- Team members are account users; inviting one does not add capacity.
Review the current allocation
Select the Pitch Usage pill in the header or open Campaigns and review the Daily Pitch Tracker.
Check:
- the team's daily limit;
- the amount assigned to active Smart campaigns;
- unassigned capacity; and
- each campaign's N/day budget.
Reallocate capacity
- Open Campaigns.
- Reduce the Daily Budget for a lower-priority campaign.
- Increase the Daily Budget for the campaign you want to prioritize.
- Confirm the new total does not exceed available capacity.
- Review the next sending day to confirm the pacing is appropriate.
Do not assume capacity will be split evenly. Each campaign can have a different budget.
Why actual sends can be lower
A Daily Budget is a maximum, not a guarantee. Actual sending can be affected by:
- available eligible matches;
- campaign schedule;
- mailbox readiness or deliverability;
- excluded contacts;
- pending follow-ups;
- campaign mode; and
- other safety controls.
Add more capacity
Use the Add more option in the Daily Pitch Tracker or review the Pitch Pack and plan options available to the account.
If the account has protected migrated capacity, the amount shown in Pitch Usage is the current source of truth.
Avoid competing outreach
Before assigning more capacity, check whether the same contact appears in several campaigns. Review recipient history, exclusions, replies, and pending follow-ups so multiple campaigns do not contact the same person unnecessarily.
