How to Delete an Inactive Profile on PodPitch

1. Open Profiles

Open Profiles from the left navigation. Turn on Show Profiles without subscriptions so inactive profiles are visible.

2. Archive the profile

Find the inactive profile, select the archive-folder control, and confirm Archive.

Archiving moves the profile out of the active list without permanently deleting it.

3. Open archived profiles

Select Show Archived above the profile search area and locate the archived profile.

4. Delete permanently

Select Delete for the correct archived profile and review the confirmation carefully.

Deleted profiles cannot be recovered. If you only want to stop using the profile temporarily, leave it archived.

A profile with an active subscription or another account dependency may need that assignment removed before deletion is available.

Need help?

Message Support through the applicable dashboard and include the product, profile name, and a screenshot of the profile status. Do not delete a different profile as a workaround.
