⬇️ How to Download Your Campaign List

Step 1: Open Your Campaign

• Go to Campaigns in the left-hand menu.
• Click the campaign you want to export.

Step 2: Click “Import & Download”

• At the top of your podcast list, click Import & Download.
• A dropdown menu will appear.

Step 3: Select “Download List”

• Choose Download List.
• A pop-up window will open with export options.

Step 4: Configure Your Export Settings

• Select which columns you want to include (e.g., podcast name, email, status).
• Choose your export format: CSV or XLSX.
• Click Export.

Your file will automatically download once it’s generated.

Exporting your list is perfect for:

• Tracking campaign progress
• Sharing updates with clients or team members
• Creating backups of pitching activity
