How to Remove Recent Podcast Episodes from Pitches

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the Campaigns Tab

From your PodPitch dashboard, click Campaigns.

2. Open Your Campaign

Select the campaign you want to update.

3. Switch the Campaign to Manual Mode

At the top right, click the toggle and select Manual
(Off / Manual / Smart).

This allows you to edit the email content settings.

4. Open Campaign Settings

Click Campaign Settings in the upper-right menu.

5. Edit the Campaign

Click Edit to adjust your settings.

6. Disable Recent Episode References

Find the option:
​**“Should we reference specific moments from recent podcast episodes?”**

Choose “Nope.”

7. Save Your Changes

Click Save Changes to apply the update.

Your future pitches will no longer reference recent podcast episodes.
