⭐How to Rewrite Your Campaign After an Update

Follow the steps below to refresh your campaign with updated AI-generated emails:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Campaigns

Click Campaigns from your dashboard.

2. Open Your Campaign

Select the campaign you want to update.

3. Click “Settings”

Open the campaign settings in the top right.

4. Update Your Preferences

Make your desired changes, including:

• Editing tone or voice
• Adjusting personal preferences
• Updating Custom Writing Instructions (CWI)

5. Type in Your CWI

Enter any new custom instructions that should influence your email tone or message.

6. Select Episode Referencing

Choose Yes or Nope for:
​**“Should we reference specific moments from recent podcast episodes?”**

7. Click “Save Changes”

This saves all updates to your campaign.

8. Click “Rewrite All”

This regenerates all your pitches with your new instructions.

9. Click “Pitches”

View your newly rewritten emails.

10. Wait 1–2 Minutes

You’ll see a message confirming the rewrite is in progress:
​**“Our AI is crafting a new version of your email. This usually takes 1–2 mins.”**

Once rewriting is complete, your refreshed emails will appear automatically.
