📘Not Receiving Pitches in Your Gmail Inbox
Why This Happens
PodPitch processes and routes your emails through our system before syncing them to your Gmail.
Because of this, the pitches may take a few hours to appear in your Sent folder.
Where to Check
Before reaching out, try the following:
- 📥 Check your Spam folder
- 🗂 Check your Promotions tab
- 🔄 Wait a bit longer — syncing can take some time
