What Happens When You Turn a Campaign Off and Reactivate It?
Turning a campaign off stops that campaign's outreach. It does not cancel the subscription, change billing, remove the connected mailbox, or delete the campaign.
PodPitch
When an OmniCampaign is set to Off:
- new pitches stop;
- queued sending for that campaign stops according to the current campaign controls;
- the profile, targeting, drafts, history, and settings remain saved; and
- other active OmniCampaigns are not canceled.
Before reactivating:
- Open the OmniCampaign.
- Review the profile and enabled media channels.
- Confirm the targeting and exclusions.
- Open Email Addresses and confirm that the selected mailbox is healthy.
- Review pending pitches and follow-ups.
- Rewrite eligible pending messages if the profile or campaign changed.
- Choose Manual for a controlled review or Smart only after the queue is ready.
Do not assume that every old queued message is still appropriate after a long pause.
Subscription changes
Turning a campaign Off is not cancellation. To cancel the subscription:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select I might need to cancel.
- Follow the prompts.
- Review and save the effective-date confirmation.
Human assistance after a cancellation request
If you ask to cancel in dashboard chat, Hugo will provide the steps above and then immediately escalate the conversation to a human support teammate for further assistance.
The human teammate can help confirm the request, effective date, remaining access, next invoice, and account-specific terms. Opening chat alone does not replace completing the Settings prompts unless the human gives you different written instructions.
